Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume periods (such as product drops or seasonal sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
At this time, we do ship internationally.
Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days after processing (delivery times may vary depending on customs).
Expedited International Shipping (if available): 5–10 business days after processing.
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Three Commas is not responsible for these costs

Since we are based in Washington, most in-state deliveries may arrive faster than the standard 3–7 business day estimate.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Three Commas is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please file a claim directly with the shipping provider.
