At Three Commas, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Sale, clearance, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.

For hygiene reasons, accessories such as hats, socks, and undergarments cannot be returned.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at itskglomusic@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and either issue a refund or send a replacement.
International Orders

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Customs duties and import taxes paid are non-refundable.
